Apply for Flat Track and
Road Racing BTR Programs
Royal Enfield’s unique and inspiring BUILD. TRAIN. RACE. program, established in 2019, is prepared to go bigger than ever in the 2022 racing season. Build. Train. Race (BTR) will be expanding its platform in both Flat Track and Road Racing, turning even more women motorcyclists into builders and racers, and Royal Enfield is currently welcoming applications.
For the 2022 season, Royal Enfield is seeking riders with some level of experience in motorcycle racing. In the past, BTR has sought out complete beginners, but since there will be riders returning to the program in 2022, the applications are now open to riders with experience in the discipline for which they are applying. If you aren’t sure if you have the appropriate level of experience, just apply anyway!
Apply by December 1, 2021 to be considered for the 2022 season.

8 Miles-Long Revealed Deep in Amazon
By Andy Corble
Tens of thousands of pristine cave paintings were found daubed across an eight-mile stretch of rock in a once-in-a-century discovery in Colombia’s Amazon rainforest.
Hailed as the “Sistine Chapel of the Ancients,” it’s the kind of discovery that changes the world of archaeology.
Believed to be 12,500 years old, the art is extremely detailed, and includes handprints and depictions of Ice Age megafauna like the mastodon, a relative of the mammoth, Ice Age horses, and giant ground sloths.
The discovery, made in Chiribiquete National Park in the south of Colombia, was actually made in 2019 but was kept quiet to be revealed in a major documentary called Jungle Mystery: Lost Kingdoms of the Amazon.

A Mini Adventure Bike:
The Honda Z50J Monkey Baja Africa
|
|
The Honda Z50J Monkey Baja Africa is an exceedingly rare motorcycle, in fact none of them were ever built by the Honda factory. Instead the bike was built by Honda Monkey owners using an official kit that could be bought from Honda.
The kit itself was relatively simple, however it transformed the Honda Monkey into a miniature version of the much-loved Honda Africa Twin – an adventure bike that won the Paris-Dakar Rally four times in succession from 1986 to 1989.

A Beginner’s Guide to the Secrets
of Stargazing with Summer Ash
As a self-professed space cadet, I grew up dragging friends and family out at all hours of the day or night to look up at the sky. I’m not sure how or when it actually started but I’ve been looking skyward for as long as I can remember. My mom loves to remind me how we used to always look for the Moon at bedtime when I was little. As soon as I spotted it, I’d get all excited, point up at the sky,
and call out to it. It was practically my first word, so naturally, I turned out to be an astronomer.
You may think becoming an astronomer requires studying math and physics and owning fancy computer-operated telescopes, but I’m here to tell you that you don’t need anything more than your eyes. If you become hooked, as I expect you might, you can dive deeper at any time, but to start you only need to step outside.

Paula & Kevin
Happy Cause I'm Going Home
We all have a favorite song, and no matter who does it - if done well - we NEVER change it.
This couple, Paula & Kevin, did this at a Brewhouse in Lake Park Florida in 2015.
Wow! Robert and the band would be happy.
