Triumph Reveals TE-1 Electric Prototype

The collaboration stage of the TE-1 project has officially ended with the completion of the prototype demonstrator, which is now fully ready for the next Triumph-led stage of the project to begin: the live testing program.
The unique collaboration between Triumph Motorcycles, Williams Advanced Engineering, Integral Powertrain Ltd. and WMG at the University of Warwick, funded by the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles through Innovate UK, was set up to create groundbreaking developments in specialist electric motorcycle engineering and innovative integrated technology design.

This Explains the Catskills Spooky Weather!
The legends say that the Catskill Mountains was once the home of a giant monster that fed on human beings until the Great Spirit turned it to stone one evening as it was traveling to the ocean to bathe. The bones of the monster became a new mountain and rainwater filled the eye sockets, forming two lakes near the summit.
At the peak of this mountain lived the Catskill witch who managed the weather for the whole of the Hudson Valley. It was she who let out the day and night in; holding back the one when the other was at large so they would not conflict. She cut up the waning moons to use as stars as soon as she had hung the new moon in the sky. She could sometimes be seen perching on North Mountain, spinning clouds and flinging them to the
winds.

This summer we won't be squeezing anymore.
Nope - we'll being sojourning!
Following the basic formula of our Spring and Fall Rallies - the Summer Sojourn will cover lots of miles and offer plenty to see and experience.
We will be starting and finish this long weekend adventure in the familiar haunt of West Dover, Vermont. Arriving Friday and returning on Monday.
In between, we'll be up in the Mount Washington region and roaming around the White Mountains of New Hampshire and Maine.
As always we'll offer a few rides through the weekend and
Brian's day trip on Sunday will follow along a Rockin' in the Free World theme... without the Earthly political BS!
In fact, you might just get hold of something a bit
off-worldly. Trust us - what could go wrong?

There are dozens of options, and each one lists several materials and features: goatskin leather, chamude and neoprene. But what about this pair that’s all cowhide? How does it compare?
Certainly, you need to try on gloves to feel their stretch and flexibility, but you won’t be able to learn or experience everything about a glove in the store. How water-resistant is the material? Will these gloves be too hot for summer? Is it worth buying gloves with extra armor, or is leather padding okay? The list of questions goes on and on.

Since the postwar explosion of the automobile - television and film have conspired to make heroes out of everything from the Porsche 917K (Le Mans) to the asthmatic third-generation Camaro (Simon & Simon).
But there also have been more unlikely star cars on the small screen. Most recently and notably, Breaking Bad managed to make the punchline Pontiac Aztek almost cool, driven as it was by antihero drug kingpin Walter White.

SHAD Terra Luggage Review

Stylish,Tough & Affordable
Aluminum panniers are indisputably a classic for adventure riders even if they aren’t the first choice for everyone. Shad recently jumped in with their all-aluminum Terra lineup of luggage with accompanying mounting systems.
Before getting too excited about new luggage, proper mounting hardware must be considered. Shad’s 4P System Mount is rock-solid 20mm stainless tubing with rugged powder coating. Installation was fairly straightforward on my Triumph Tiger 800 with just a little interpretation needed.
Once everything was tightened down, the rack felt just as solid as the subframe it’s bolted to. On the left side the rack tucks up closer to the bike than the right to allow for a larger case, a nice touch over other systems that equalize the width across the back of the bike, given the extra space required for exhaust allowance.
